In October 2020 I decided to install a retractable awning on my Southeast facing rear patio. I chose a local Denver dealer who installed a SunAir awning with a drop valance. In late Spring 2021 the wind picked up in the PM. I did not have the wind sensor installed which automatically sends a signal to the retractable motor and is activated when a preset wind speed is reached. Only damage was one of the awning support bars got “torqued” out of shape. I discovered Henry “Hank” Espinoza who is the Owner/CEO of Total Install. With his ladder and trusty tool box, Hank fixed it like new. This happen again, but this time Hank sold me the wind sensor. Problem solved. Fast forward to the Spring 2026. The Sunbrella fabic was showing some normal wear & tear. Not covered by their 10 year warranty. Back to trustworthy Hank. He shows up right on time. Makes some minor adjustments and suggests it is time to replace the awning fabric. Hank is now a SunAir dealer but has access to other awning manufacturers plus multiple awning fabric manufacturers. We just made a deal for the fabric replacement including labor. Plus a very fair price. You can’t go wrong with Hank Espinoza and Total Install. Very professional, knowledgeable and shows up on time!

Henry Espinoza did an outstanding job installing our awning! From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was level and secure, and left the area cleaner than he found it.
